All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Some of our products have different processing times. In order for us to get your products to you as fast as possible, some of our products may ship individually. In general, this won’t happen if you ordered the items in the same order. But this will often happen if you order the items in separate orders. Don't worry, in any occasion all of your items will come to you.
This can happen for one of two reasons. First, kindly check your spam folder to see if it ended up in there. If it has not ended up in there, it is most likely a technical issue. In this event please contact us through the "Contact Us" tab on the home page and we'll sort it out.
If this occurs please contact us as soon as possible and we MAY be able to change it yet. We can't make any promises. According to our Terms of Service, the customer is responsible for entering the correct information. If the order has been processed and sent before we're made aware of the mistake we can't do anything to change it & this is not a valid reason for a refund as per our refund policy.
Let us reassure you that this is absolutely not a scam. Our products are mass produced which can cause an out of stock occasion which can delay your order. If this has happened, you should have been notified. If, truly, your order is getting late please contact us and we will research it deeper. We thank you for your patience and understanding
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
We'll send you an email as soon as your order ships out. The email would contain the tracking number and you would be able to track your package.
