Delivery Timing

Delivery Timing  Majority of our products take about 14-30 business days to reach there destination in the USA, Mexico, Canada, and Europe. International shipping can take 14-30 days depending on customs of that particular country. Watches are custom built with ever order, so they will take 30 - 45 days.  Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date.

Please be aware that we have experienced longer delivery timing to South America, Africa and the middle east due to limited logistic options, which might take about 25-55 days.

However we do our best to minimize delivery times and work as fast as we can, to get the products as fast as possible to you.

Shipping FOR refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charges any taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by recipient of parcel. This only applies to international and Canadian orders.

Q: I Have Not Received My Order, How Can I Track It?

Q: Why would a package be returned?

A: Most likely the package was returned due to an undelivered address. Other instances include the package remaining unclaimed or refused/returned by customer. We will work rigorously to find and get your product to you, or send a replacement.

Q: Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

A: International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
